The ITP station at TOP 4 LEVELS is RAR-authorized to perform periodic technical inspections (ITP) for cars. We offer complete pre-inspection and ITP services on the same day.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ITP
- Vehicle registration certificate (talon) – original
- Vehicle Identity Card (CIV) – original
For leased vehicles, a copy of the CIV marked “conform cu originalul” (certified true copy) and stamped by the owner is accepted.
- Identity document of the person presenting the vehicle
Anyone may present the vehicle for ITP; they do not need to be the vehicle’s owner.
