Our Story
TOP 4 LEVELS S.R.L. was founded with a clear mission: superior auto services, delivered with transparency and professionalism at fair prices. Over the years we have continuously invested in modern equipment and team training to handle any technical challenge.
Located at Șoseaua de Centură nr. 2i, we are easily accessible from northern Bucharest and from throughout Ilfov county. Our modern facility features multiple service bays, a dedicated ITP station, and an authorized sanitization station.
We believe every customer deserves clear information about their vehicle's condition and the work required. Before any intervention, we provide a detailed diagnosis and a transparent cost estimate — no surprises.
Location & Coverage
We are located on the Ring Road, with easy access from the A3 motorway. We serve customers from the entire northern Bucharest area:

Periodic technical inspection station authorized by the Romanian Auto Registry (RAR). We inspect cars — pre-inspection and ITP on the same day.
