Requirements for Operating Legally
Food truck and mobile food service operators require:
- DSVSA sanitization certificate — mandatory for obtaining sanitary authorization
- Periodic sanitization as per own HACCP plan
- Registration in the county DSVSA records
- Valid certificate at every DSVSA or DSP inspection
- Record of sanitization operations in the unit's register
- Approved disinfectant products with safety data sheets
Sanitization Certificate for Food Trucks
The certificate issued by our DSVSA-authorized station is an essential document for the legal operation of any mobile food service. Without a valid sanitization certificate, authorities (DSVSA, DSP) may suspend or revoke the operating licence. Our certificates are issued on the spot and are nationally recognized.
